1. The 15-Day Countdown

You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

NOTE: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Groin Guards
  • Head Guards
  • Mouthguards
  • Hand Wraps, Tape & Gauze

2. How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Round 1: Contact Our Corner Team

  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if item is defective

Round 2: Receive Your RMA Number

Within 48 hours, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Round 3: Ship It Back

Package the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

For size exchanges or different products:

  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • International customers may need to cover additional shipping

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If we made a mistake, we’ll cover return shipping. Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange:

  • Prepaid return label
  • Priority replacement shipping
  • Full refund if preferred

TRAINING TIP: Save on shipping by combining returns from multiple orders into one package (must all be within 15-day window).
