The bag is made from durable Skyntek leather and has water resistant, non-tear nylon stitching to prevent breakage and enhance durability. Crafted from innovation, this bag is great for an MMA fighter looking to train both his stand-up (kicks, knees, punches etc) and then take the bag down and practice ground and pound. Weighing in at 26kgs when filled, this bag will give you a work-out but not be too heavy.
